Three days before arrival, you will receive an automatic self check‑in message that includes the mandatory registration form.

City tax
As part of the self check‑in process, a mandatory city tax of 35 CZK per person per night will be charged for all guests aged 18 and above.

Access and instructions
Once the registration is completed, you will receive — one day before arrival — the access details to open the apartment along with all necessary instructions.
